This delicious Peppermint Crisp Tart has been doing the rounds forever! It is still my favourite – both to eat and make. It’s so quick, easy and budget friendly that I make it quite a lot. That’s not the only reason I make it – it tastes divine too! Not very good for the calories but a girl has got to treat herself sometimes or in my case, a lot!
1 large slab Peppermint chocolate
1 packet tennis biscuits
250ml Orley whip
1 tin caramel
Place layer of biscuits in a rectangle dish
Beat Orley Whip until soft and mix the tin of caramel in with the Orley Whip
Grate 3-quarters of the chocolate and add to the Orley Whip and caramel mixture
Pour half the mixture over the biscuits in the dish, spread evenly
Add another layer of biscuits and pour the remaining mixture over the second layer of biscuits
Grate the remaining chocolate over the top
Chill in the fridge until set
Enjoy with family and friends!
